Q: What inspired you to become an engineer? Were you always interested in technology? If so, why?
A: When I was young I wanted to understand nature and wondered why things happened the way they did. I always saw the laws of nature as truthful; they are what they are and we could use them to benefit humankind if we understand how they work. I was surrounded by friends who were fascinated by technology and this helped my passion for engineering growth. As we watched TV and read books on sci-fi we wondered about the future and where technology could take us.
