What advice would you give to young technologists on how to get the most out of the IEEE membership experience? 

Engage actively beyond reading publications—join technical committees, attend and speak at conferences and contribute to standards development. IEEE is a global platform; use it to build networks, exchange ideas and shape the future of technology through collaboration and leadership.

What’s keeping you busy these days?

I’m focused on advancing Embodied AI—integrating AI into physical systems like robots and autonomous vehicles—and crafting public policy to ensure these technologies benefit society. The convergence of real-world intelligence, ethical AI governance and policy innovation deeply intrigues me.
