What advice would you give to young technologists on how to get the most of the IEEE membership experience?

I would encourage young technologists to go beyond passive membership and actively engage with IEEE communities. This includes participating in technical societies, attending conferences and contributing to working groups or student branches. Great ideas come from these interactions.

How has IEEE helped you in your career journey?

IEEE has provided access to high-quality scientific publications, which have been essential for my work in power systems, especially in areas such as lightning and grounding systems.
