AR allows a combination of virtual and real-world information and training materials to be available on-demand anywhere, anytime. A trainee can be guided in real time, with feedback and information provided as needed. Sensors on the AR device (e.g. cameras) can provide a link back to a trainer or other monitor. The system may be able to track and understand actions taken for either in-the-moment or after-action review.

How can we train more people in cybersecurity?

Middle-school and high-schools should introduce cybersecurity courses as a pathway to an attainable middle-class career, and ensure that students from across the socioeconomic spectrum have the same degree of opportunity and access to pursue cybersecurity learning before college. Schools should also celebrate diverse cybersecurity professionals to proactively address the perception that only certain people can work in the field of cybersecurity.

How will remote learning impact education?

Remote learning has its own pros and cons because for beginners it may not be of much use where human interaction is more significant, but for the intermittent learning and theoretical concepts, learning would be better with remote learning where time, space and engagement can be customized as per the need of the learner.
