Middle-school and high-schools should introduce cybersecurity courses as a pathway to an attainable middle-class career, and ensure that students from across the socioeconomic spectrum have the same degree of opportunity and access to pursue cybersecurity learning before college. Schools should also celebrate diverse cybersecurity professionals to proactively address the perception that only certain people can work in the field of cybersecurity.
