Q: What inspired you to become an engineer? Were you always interested in technology? If so, why? If not, when did you become interested and why?

A: I’ve been in love with information and communications technologies for as long as I can remember due to their capacity to transform lives and society in such impactful ways – it was this love that prompted me to leave home for another city to study information and communications technologies in high school.

Afterwards, I more rigorously pursued a career in computer science and engineering, which more concretely put me on the path towards becoming an engineer.
