Q: How is IEEE your professional home?

A: When I first joined IEEE as an undergraduate student I was surprised by the immense scale of the organization. After starting to volunteer, I grew increasingly satisfied in my ability to contribute to the advancement of science and fostering greater participation of women in engineering.
