Q: What inspired you to become an engineer? Were you always interested in technology? If so, why? If not, when did you become interested and why?
A: I wanted to be an engineer even before knowing what an engineer was. Since I was a kid, I was always enamored with radio communications (how information could be sent without any support!) and by space. I always wanted to understand how things worked, and I wanted to make things that work, as being able to make things that work makes a difference and, more importantly, helps others to improve their quality of life.
