What advice would you give to young technologists on how to get the most out of the IEEE membership experience?
For young technologists, my advice is to actively engage by asking questions and seeking to learn as much as possible within IEEE’s vast resources. Don’t hesitate to participate in events, volunteer and collaborate with peers and mentors. Equally important is to apply what you learn to real projects and share your knowledge back with the community. This cycle of learning and giving back creates a rich and rewarding experience, opening doors to growth, networking and career advancement.
What’s the hottest technology in the next 10 years?
AI is clearly one of the hottest and most transformative technologies for the next decade. Its applications permeate every industry, from healthcare and manufacturing to finance and education. The continuous evolution of AI, including deep learning, natural language processing and autonomous systems, will reshape how we live and work. Staying abreast of AI developments will be critical for all technologists.
