How can augmented reality be used in healthcare?

Augmented reality has a number of potential uses in healthcare. Surgeons can overlay images from an MRI onto a patient’s body, or it could help patients with visual therapy or even certain visual corrections. It can also be used in trainings, imposing visual symptoms, like wounds, onto a mannequin, or to simulate other healthcare providers in a real operation room.
