INTRODUCTION : 1)This project aims at providing automatic system to trace out plant diseases. This may be very useful to farmers to manage crops . 2)Nowadays crops face many traits/diseases. Damage of the insect is one of the major trait/disease. 3)A common practice for plant scientists is to estimate the damage of plant (leaf, stem) because of disease by an eye on a scale based on percentage of affected area. It results in subjectivity and low throughput. 4)This paper provides a advances in various methods used to study plant diseases/traits using image processing. 5)By using Quad Rotor which consists of an Artificial eye for detecting diseases of plants and send the images of crops to the main processor which helps in comparing images with reference images using Mat lab. 6)An image processing base E-VISION system has been developed to detect the end point of fermentation using a suitable color matching algorithm backed up by soft computing technique Technologies used: Software Requirements: Mat lab r2012b Hardware Requirments: Quad rotor, detector sensor(camera), wireless Tx and Rx WHAT WE ARE DOING: 1)In this project, Quad rotor is used for image acquisition ,respectively, the applications of K-means clustering and Neural Networks (NNs) have been formulated for clustering and classification of diseases that affect on plant leaves. 2)Algorithm was tested on three diseases of Cucumber leafs which influence on the plants; they are: Downey Mildew , Powdery mildew, Leaf Miner. 3)The experimental results indicate that the proposed approach is a valuable approach, which can significantly support an accurate detection of leaf diseases in a little computational effort.
