Q: What inspired you to become an engineer? Were you always interested in technology? If so, why? If not, when did you become interested and why?
A: Growing up, I always enjoyed dismantling things and being challenged to put them back together. This helped me to understand how things worked at the fundamental level, which has always been of interest to me – to me, technology is a massive playground filled with things to break, put back together, extend, optimize, and, more broadly, play around with.
