Q: What inspired you to become an engineer? Were you always interested in technology? If so, why? If not, when did you become interested and why?

A: I was introduced to programming as a middle school student, and although I didn’t have access to many resources at the time I found that I loved the feeling of creating something from nothing through my own efforts. I went on to study computer science and became an embedded engineer, and throughout my career, I have developed and deployed millions of devices. The feeling of creating something new is still very satisfying.
