Q: How do you think IEEE benefits your profession?

A: IEEE grows a community of people committed to making the future better through unique applications of technology and engineering. More specifically, the IEEE Women in Engineering group has helped create a community of women and men committed to attracting and retaining women in STEM fields, which benefits the engineering profession as a whole. There are so many brilliant people in IEEE; the organization brings all of us together to innovate, address challenges and create for the benefit of humanity.
