Q: What inspired you to become an engineer?

A: My parents used to be senior engineers, so I grew up in a factory where the culture of continuous improvement of production efficiency deeply affected me. Besides management, the improvement of production efficiency is the foundation of introduction and application of various new technologies. So I’m very interested in technology.
