Q: What inspires you today?

A: After more than 40 years in the electric utility industry, I know the electricity that we take for granted in the U.S. provides us with untold benefits but needs a viable workforce to ensure its provision and reliability. I am inspired by the people in the electric utility industry who make it look so easy when it is so hard.
