Q: How has IEEE helped in your career journey?

A: I’ve developed my leadership skills by organizing many IEEE events during my student and professional lives. I have gained access to the technical resources and networking opportunities with professionals and experts across the globe. I’ve served in leadership roles and enhanced my organizational and communication skills. I was also a mentee in the Electrical Engineering stream under the Professional Mentoring Program for Young Faculty Members, which the IEEE India Council Industry-Academia Young Professionals Sub-Committee organized. This mentoring experience provided valuable professional guidance and significantly influenced my academic and career development.
