Q: What advice would you give to young technologists on how to get the most out of the IEEE membership experience?

A: Join an IEEE student chapter at your school or in your city. This will offer numerous opportunities to connect with peers, grow professionally and participate in ongoing activities. Students should take advantage of the complimentary subscriptions to IEEE journals and magazines provided by the institutions. On top of this, attending IEEE hosted conferences would be the ideal place to experience and participate in research first-hand.
