Q: What inspires you today?

A: What inspires me is being part of a moment when AI is reshaping how people work, decide and interact with the world — and actively helping shape that change. The pace is exhilarating, but it also carries real responsibility. What motivates me most is the safeguards work required to produce stable, trustworthy systems — including benchmarking, standards and evaluation frameworks. Being at the frontier of a field before its conventions are set is uniquely inspiring because the standards and benchmarks we define now will shape how AI is evaluated and governed for years to come.
